Carfill ships built in. No API key required. He reads your Shop Boss ROs, drafts customer updates, and routes everything to your approval queue before anything sends. The Internal Brain is always on. Connect an Advanced Brain (OpenAI or your own private LLM via Ollama / LM Studio) when you want richer responses. Bilingual EN / ES-PR speaks your customers' language.

Carfill's three jobs

One trigger. One draft. One approval. That's the whole model. (1) DVI complete → Carfill drafts a bilingual customer update with inspection photos attached, routed to your approval queue. (2) RO status change (awaiting parts / ready for pickup / repair approved) becomes a draft you approve before the customer hears anything. (3) End-of-day briefing: a read-only digest of what Carfill sent today, what's still pending, what's overdue. Your shop's pulse in 30 seconds.

Built for trust, not speed

Carfill's legal argument is architectural. Every outbound action (message, status update, customer contact) waits in a human-approved queue. Carfill only operates inside an authenticated Shop Boss session. No active session, no access. Every action is logged with timestamp, user, and outcome to an append-only audit trail. Exportable CSV, 90-day retention, nothing disappears. A hard 60-operations-per-hour ceiling prevents runaway automation. Your shop, your pace.

Projected: Vehlo Integration Partner Program, the sole path to native Shop Boss integration. Formal outreach follows pilot validation. Next: direct Vehlo API integration replacing the extension, multi-location support, expanded workflow coverage across the full repair order lifecycle.
